Di Morea Organic combines Koroneiki olives from Messenia with a protected origin, organic cultivation, up-to-date laboratory analyses, and a balanced sensory profile.
This extra virgin olive oil comes from the Kiparissia region in the Peloponnese and carries the protected designation of origin PDO Kalamata.
Current analyses are available for the 2025/2026 harvest. Of particular interest are the 664 mg of analyzed phenolic compounds per kg, including 171 mg of oleocanthal and 120 mg of oleacein per kg.
At the same time, the sensory analysis shows why Di Morea is positioned at Green Agora based on more than just lab values: a fruitiness of 4.6, bitterness of 3.4, and pungency of 4.1 result in a profile that is full of character yet well-balanced.
This makes Di Morea particularly interesting for people looking for an organic Koroneiki with a clear origin, traceable analyses, and versatile use.
